Venue Change
Some of you may not be aware that our current venue The Shepards Inn Cotgrave will be closed for our meet on the months April & May this is due to a refurb into a bestro, BUT the next meet in March will still be at The Shepards Inn for the AGM.
We only found out about this at the end of the last meet, so the comity met on the 26th to look at a different venue for the months April & May, it has been desided that for these two months we will move to the Nags Head in Woodbourgh as this pub offers the best for us and most importantly a good carpark.

Long Term Move. (This is only to get your idea's at the momment, we wanted to have a backup pub incase of problems at the Shepards Inn after the refurb incase we dont fit in or find the enviroment not right for us).
We need your help to find a new place for the Nottingham Group to meet on the third Monday incase of the above, Below is a criteria of things the comity thinks are important for the new venue and if you could take them into account when your thinking of a venue that would be great.
Venue Criteria.
Good Carpark must be able to take 30 plus cars as well as the normal custom the pub generates on a monday night, if possible a second carpark from the main carpark like the Shepards, viewable from the pub, Good lighting, CCTV would be good too.
The comity isnt bothered about the venue being a pub we are open to other suggestions like golf clubs, private clubs Etc, the only thing to keep in mind is food and drink and a good socalising area for standing and talking/mingling.
The location should be rural, where not kean on moving into Nottingham but please still put ideas down and we can look at them.
So with that in mind please post any ideas below this post will be open for one week and then the comity will reveiw the venue and take things from there after we see where we stand with the Shepards Inn.
